THE MEETING BOX

 

The meeting box has been designed to create more engaging meetings. We have mixed special designed meeting tools and exercises to enhance a better meeting design.
 
The box has 9 different categories – each developed with the purpose to optimize the outcome of your meeting. The box contains 2 different guides, the Classic and the Creative.
 
The box has been developed in collaboration with Dr. Samuel West, Lunds University and combines the latest research with the new meeting technologies.

 


LEARNING

THE LEARNING BOX

 

The learning box is designed for the modern learner.
Modern learning is all about communication and being creative, collaborative and critical thinking. Yet the modern learner also feels overwhelmed, distracted and impatient.
 
The learning box consist of a learning guide and a learning tool kit, so you can make learning in your organization a great experience. Peer to peer learning, effective learning strategies and how to create individual learning goals.

 


TEAMS

THE TEAM BOX

 

Teamwork is an essential component is most organizations. But what makes effective and high performance teams?
 
This box is an introduction to teamwork skills for all disciplines, that will help you improve your own performance and that of your team. It covers why teams are important, the roles of individuals in a team, processes for effective teamwork and communication, and methods for addressing team conflicts.
 
We will provide a range of tools and templates e.g. on the art of listening and constructive feedback, which you will be able to use with any team. 

The box is made in collaboration with Mindshop and PlaymyDay.

LEARN WORKSHOP 2.0

We will teach you how to create a learning environment that stimulates and motivates the individual to learn and develop

– Which learning strategies are The most effective?
– How does the mindset develop into learning?
– What can you do to change from fixed to growth mindset?

Learn what tools, methods and tools can be used to implement the new knowledge in the workplace, so that knowledge can be shared and used actively by the individual and in community, so learning becomes an experience.

    We all know that collaboration is important, yet it is complex to get proper outcome and innovation, when working in external network collaboration.

    At the workshop we will show examples on how to build innovation through your network, how can working horizontal and vertical improve your valuechain and outcome?

    Most of us are part of several business networks sharing ideas and best practice, but the transformation and fast changes in the market requires a more strategic approach and alliances.

    Learn how to have a successful network and strategic collaboration, and how to adjust an existing network to work on the next level. The benefits of high performing networks are higher profits through innovative products, cross selling, more efficient marketing, flexibility and customer understanding.

    On this workshop you will learn how you, with new techniques and knowledge, can improve your skills as a meeting leader or facilitator.

    You learn and will be inspired to how you can create more engaging meetings, while still keeping focus on meeting productivity.

    We will provide you with new knowledge and inspiration to kickstart the brain with icebreakers and energizers for all types of meetings, both for the willing and the reluctant.

    Build on knowledge from many areas of research, for instance our own by Dr. Samuel West, Psychologist og researcher in creativity studies from Lunds University.

    We use tools and exercises that is grounded in Cooperativ Learning, Accelerated Learning and Neuro Science.

    The workshop is based on the Playbox – our meetingbox, developed with support from the Danish Innovation Fund and in cooperation with Dr. Samuel West.


    INSPIRATION & FACILITATION

    KEYNOTE CONFERENCE

     

    In 2015 we got funding from the Innovation Fund in Denmark on how to create more engagement and learning in meetings and conferences.

    We teamed up with Psychologist and Dr. Samuel West – who did research in both Denmark and Sweden on how to increase engagement and involvement and the challenges and benefits.

    Using our background in Product development & Design Thinking, together with the research and 22 years of experience in learning tools and techniques, we developed 3 boxes of learning tools and techniques.

    In this workshop we will share techniques on how to engage & optimize meetings.

    How to incorporate listening, feedback and communication in making meetings purposeful – as well as having a clear goal.

    LEARNING OUTCOME:

  • Learn how to facilitate meetings with the latest learning tools and techniques
  • How to engage and energize your participants
  • Simple proven exercises to implement feedback and reflection in your meetings
